LABORATORIES
To ensure agility and reliability in the development of new projects, we have development and validation laboratories in the areas of Artificial Vision - Laser cutting and engraving - Automation - Additive Manufacturing.
Artificial Vision
Rule based and Deep Learning
Artificial vision systems play a fundamental role in manufacturing process control, when it is possible to inspect an object in a structured and quantitative way.
Aware of this, we always have our internal research and development laboratory available, fully equipped with COGNEX equipment, multiple cameras, lenses, various lighting systems, and filters. This allows us to validate in advance the artificial vision solutions we develop.
Laser
Cutting and Engraving
It is available for laser cutting and engraving tests. We have Coherent laser equipment.
Automation
In the automation laboratory, industrial automation concepts are validated through electromechanical, pneumatic, and robotic tests.
UR collaborative robots and KUKA industrial robots are available, along with PLCs, pneumatic components, sensors, and electrical panels—everything needed for pre-project validation or the execution of pilot projects.
Additive Manufacturing
The potential of additive manufacturing extends beyond 3D printing of plastic parts. To support ongoing projects, we have an additive manufacturing laboratory dedicated to exploring robotics in 3D printing with cementitious materials, fibre-reinforced composites, cork composites, and metals.
